First Time
It's the first time that the WGSDCA can send an actual team to the 2023 WUSV IGP3 World Championship. It's the first time we have a team of two dogs born and trained in Australia. It's also the first time that the handlers are also the breeders of the dogs representing Australia at a WUSV World Championship
Team Australia 2023
Fynn and Bindee are embarking on a 3-weeks overseas trip to represent Australia at the WUSV World Championship October 4-8. The dogs are breed, trained and handled by Glynis Hendricks and Sanne Pedersen. The Aussie team will have ground support by Clint Wehmeier (Team Leader) and Sam Hendricks (Assistant Team Leader).
Australia is the hardest country to get dogs into.
The sheer amount of paperwork, blood testing, import permits, quarantine booking, travel arrangement - and the list goes on - is a process that is not for the faint-hearted. The costs are crippling and we are grateful for Glynis & Sanne's willingness to carry an exorbitant large number of out-of-pocket expenses
