Helper Passport
Books are only produced on the last Sunday of each month. Order your books in advance to make sure you have them by the time you are trial-ready.
If you're not the owner, make sure you have a written permission from the owner before submitting a scorebook order. Each dog can only have one scorebook, but don't worry, we accept scorebooks from other organisations too!

The WGSDCA Sportspass is your 'membership card'. It may be required for partaking in our activities (here).

Trial notifications must be submitted at least 6 weeks prior to the event.

Helper Seminar notifications must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to the event.

Other IGP organisations may submit an application for a WGSDCA judge. Applications must be submitted 6 weeks prior to the event.

Registration
It is mandatory to submit a Trial Entry Form. Incorrect forms will not be accepted. Only current financial members can submit a Trial Entry Form. Forward the entry confirmation email to the hosting club for payment details.
You do not have to be a member of WGSDCA to partake in a Helper Seminar. You may participate as a spectator. This will not qualify towards a WGSDCA Helper license. Payment is directly to the WGSDCA at form submission.

Make sure your dog meets all criteria for entering a Breed Survey. Payment is directly to the WGSDCA at form submission.

Spectating does not qualify towards the acquisition of a WGSDCA Helper license.

In the event that you intend to actively participate, you may be asked to organise an IGP-trained dog to bring along. Do not expect the hosting club to have a sufficient number of dogs.
